How do we do it?
Origin
Product made with tempranillo grapes, Garnacha, Verdejo, Airen, Macabeo and Albariño.
The average age of the vines is 20 years and develop on soil water deficit, which enhances the fruity aromas and concentrated flavor.
The development of the product in the collection phase manually grapes, vinification with maceration and fermentation media in steel tanks.
You get a nice cherry wine typical violet Grenache, middle layer that suggested body and youth.
In aroma appreciate ample funds varietal aromatic and complex feeling fruity aromas with light hints of berries.
Incidentally soft and round in the mouth with a slight fruitiness, maintains a perfect balance.

De-alcoholisation Process
The base wine is filtered then preheated in a plate heat exchanger from 2 ° C to the temperature of drying out, which is between 30 º C and 35 º C
The wine is a separation section and rectification where the pressure is increased and the separation between the wine and alcohol.
Through a system of recovery is achieved reinstate wine aromas, obtaining a product with all the features except starting wine alcohol content.
The de-alcoholisation is carried out by a physical process, without involving any chemical alien to the wine, so that the result is a natural, healthy and of high quality.

Description
It is a mild and pleasing drink, which matches perfectly with the day by day meals, even the fast foods of the current life. It is made with selected airén wines, a typical variety in our country. These wines offer in overall a raw wine with excellent characteristics to give up to the process of dealcoholization.

Drink made with dealcoholizated white wine, grape juice, sucrose, sweetener (E-950), antioxidant (E-300), stabilizer (E-353), preservatives (E-220, E-242), carbonic acid and aroma.

Características organolépticas / Notas de cata
APPEARANCE: clean, bright and transparent appearance, it shows a pale yellow colour with slightly greenish iridescences.
SMELL: It presents attractive fruity and floral notes, enhancing above all the apple fruit and white flowers.
TASTE: it has a fresh entrance and suggestive. It results mild, light and frutal. Although it shows an acidity something marked, a light dab sweet does that in the end it results balanced.

Características organolépticas / Notas de cata
APPEARANCE: it presents clean and brilliant aspect and shows an intense cherry red colour with purpled undertones.
SMELL: it shows good varietal aromatic intensity with slightly floral fragrance and intensely fruity with hints of red berries and black fruits.
TASTE: At first, it has a fresh and inviting taste that is soft, pleasant and light. Once in the mouth it is fresh, creamy and sweet. It boasts a slight tannic of young tannin and a smooth acidity. Finish with a final fruity taste of moderate persistence.
