¨      DELIVERY: Within 4-6 weeks from the date of receipt of advance                     paymentor under sight LC opened on Seller’s terms.

¨      CONTRACT: Long-term contract for the said commodity not possible                      at seller’s end. Fresh negotiations for next delivery, may be  commenced                  after each shipment.
