OTHER TERMS APPLICABLE

Products:              Each article would be supplied in different shades and

in around 6 different patterns.

Label:                    All articles can also be supplied in Buyer’s label subject

to minimum order of 50,000 pieces of each article. However

minimum order can be shipped in partial shipments.

Packing:               About 100 prayer mats, packed in hessian cloth duly stitched,

 Bale size would be, Length: about 45-inches x Width: about

28-inches x Height: about 30-inches, Gross Weight: abt. 45-kg.

Order:                   Single order of full container load of one 40-ft container duly

stuffed either with one article or mixed of two articles or mixed

of three articles is acceptable.

40-ft FCL:            About 16,000 pieces of mats per one 40-ft HC container
Inspection:           From the SGS at the loading port.
Delivery:              Initial delivery of about 18,000 mats within 45 days, while

additional quantity of about 18,000 mats on monthly basis.

Payment:              Under LC, 100% invoice value payable at sight, opened from

one of the first 100 first class rated International scheduled

Banks of the world.
