Inspection: Shall
be done in Pakistan from the SGS, at sellers cost.
Indicative Price: USD 45.00
(USA Dollars Forty five) per metric ton FOB any Pakistan’s sea port.
C&F Quote: Would
be made based on the Container Ocean freight prevailing
at
that time (spot basis) from Pakistan sea port to the desired port
of
Discharge. Any variation in the freight at the time of actual shipment
shall
be at the risk and cost of the buyers.
East African ports: Based
on the current freight for Mombasa and DarusSalaam, indicative C&F
price for the said ports is US$72.00
(USA Dollars Seventy Two) metric ton.
Minimum Quantity: One
20ft container (FCL 28-metric tons) or multiple containers.
Payment: 100%
advance through TT, directly in favor of cement plant. However,
payment
under the DLC can also be discussed.
Shipment Period: Within
4-weeks from the date of receipt of firm order with payment
Offer validity: Shall
be 48 to 72 hours for acceptance of the buyers.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
1.
The commitment of the Seller will be subject to
the policy of the Government of Pakistan and
Force Majeure and availability
of suitable containers and slots with shipping line.
2.
All charges outside Pakistan will be on buyers
account.
3.
In C&F shipment Terminal Handling cost (THC)
at discharge port will be on Buyers account.
4.
Any free days will be subject to the prior
approval from the liner, if required.
Quotes for the other grades of Pakistan origin cement
including following grades shall be made on receipt of firm specific inquiries
stating grade of the cement, exact required quantity, preferred delivery time,
name of the discharge port, basis of price required (whether on the basis of
FOB or C&F or CIF).
Specifications of the required cement grade shall be
provided along with the quote. Other cement grades are reproduced below:
a.
Grade 42.5R and grade 53;
b.
Sulphate Resistance Cement (SRC);
c.
White Cement
